Toxicology is the study of the adverse effects of chemical, physical or biological agents on living organisms and the ecosystem, including the prevention and amelioration of such adverse effects."
I think this is a cool job because you can adhere the security of society with science.
Veterinarian. I absolutely love animals and medicine is quite facinating since you never know what you're gonna get. And it's kind of a mystery because animals can't talk and say what hurts!
"Astrobiology seeks to understand the origin of the building blocks of life, how these biogenic compounds combine to create life, how life affects - and is affected by the environment from which it arose, and finally, whether and how life expands beyond its planet of origin. None of these questions is by any means new - but for the first time since they were posed, these questions may now be answerable. Astrobiology seeks to provide a philosophical and programmatic underpinning whereby life's place in the universe can be explored - at levels of inter-related complexity ranging from molecular to galactic."
This sounds like an interesting career because we would finally be able to answer the meaning of life!
An oceanographer studies the ocean. They study the ecosystems that make up the ocean as well as the water itself. It sounds like a fun job because there are so many different fields involved in it and you get to be around the ocean a lot.
Forensic biologists work with police departments and other law enforcement agencies using scientific methods to discover and process evidence that can be used to solve crimes.
